For me not all medicines have side effects on its own. Maybe if you used it in the wrong way or you overdose it or maybe you misses dose it that is the time that it can have side effects. But if you read some information of the medicines that you brought in the store you can see that there are some medicines really have a side effects, this side effects tells you that your medicine is working out in your body. Like for example, you are one of those people who are taking Zyban to start quitting in smoking, one of its side effects is that you will experienced dry mouth and headache and so many more. These side effects will tell you different meaning like if it is effective or if it is not. Another example is, if you are using Simvastatin and Lipitor, we all know that these two medicines are known in reducing or lowering the cholesterol in our body, that is why if we in take it in our body we can experience different side effects like abdominal pain and headache, these are only few of those side effects but it also have meaning, so you need to consult your doctor if you see some of this side effects.
